How we take you to ENS certification
5 phases with clear deliverables per milestone. Realistic, fixed calendar. A dedicated team assigned to your project from start to finish.
-
Diagnosis
Interviews with IT, legal and security leads. Asset inventory and gap analysis against Annex II. Output: report with proposed ENS category and implementation plan.
-
Adequacy plan
Prioritisation of measures by ENS category, milestones, owners and calendar. Approval by the Security Committee.
-
Implementation
Rollout of technical and organisational measures. Drafting of policies, procedures and STIC. Risk Analysis in PILAR.
-
Pre-audit
We simulate the certification audit with one of our external auditors. Non-conformities are closed before the real visit.
-
Audit & maintenance
We attend the visit by the ENAC-accredited certification body. After certification, continuous follow-up and preparation for the biennial renewal.
